TexStar Bank began operations on January 20, 2004 in four offices located in Universal City, Converse, San Antonio, and New Braunfels.  We are a locally-owned community bank, committed to serving the San Antonio and New Braunfels metro area.  Our  mission is to serve the banking needs of small businesses, entrepreneurs,  professionals, and consumers.  We offer a full array of credit products for businesses and individuals, including construction, commercial, commercial real estate, and mortgage loans.
