Your TexStar bank ATM or MasterCard debit card gives you surcharge-free access to cash at thousands of ATMs across the country. There are five ways to get surcharge-free cash with your TexStar Bank card:

• Use your TexStar Bank card at any TexStar Bank owned ATM. Our cash terminals are conveniently located at our banking locations in Universal City, Converse, San Antonio, and New Braunfels. There is never a fee for TexStar Bank customers to use a TexStar ATM
• Use any Frost Bank ATM. Through a special arrangement, TexStar Bank customers pay no surcharges at any Frost Bank ATM. They have many convenient locations throughout San Antonio and Texas
• Use any ATM on the MoneyPass surcharge-free network. MoneyPass machines are located across the country
• Use any ATM on the SelectATM surcharge-free network. SelectATM machines are located throughout the state and the region
• Get cash back from merchants when making purchase with our TexStar Bank card. Many merchants can provide cash back with PIN-based debit card and ATM card purchases. There are no surcharges or bank fees for cash back transactions

To maximize your ATM advantage, ask us about the Gold Star Checking account. In addition to the surcharge-free access that all TexStar card holders receive, Gold Star customers never pay a bank service charge to use another institution's ATM.

To apply for a TexStar debit card, account holders can come in to any TexStar Bank location, or download the application form and send it in to us.
