How We Got Here
TexStar National Bank is a locally owned and operated bank that began serving
the community in 2004. We were started by a former small businessman who
understands the importance of having a banker you can depend on. From that
time and despite the economic challenges, the bank has grown to over $170 million
in assets with five locations in Universal City, Converse, New Braunfels, near the
airport in San Antonio and in downtown San Antonio. TexStar National Bank is
one of the strongest capitalized banks in the area, all of which was accomplished
without the use of government bailout funds.
