We have seen an increase in online phishing and would like to better inform you about how to protect yourself and your accounts.

We do not require you to enter any personal information regarding your account in order to login to the Online Banking website. If you are asked for Credit Card information, or any personal information other than your User ID and password, do not continue the login process. It is likely you have been infected by a trojan or malware/spyware and need to take appropriate action to remove the threats before you login to Online Banking.

Verify you are on the correct website. One way scammers attempt to get your information is to redirect you to a different website that has been made to look identical to your usual Online Banking site. When you enter your User ID and Password, you are actually giving them your login information. Verify the URL in your browser matches the image below.

It is good practice to ensure you have a reputable Virus Scan on your machine with up-to-date signature files.

Keep your Windows based computer up to date. Microsoft releases updates for Windows typically on a weekly basis. A good portion of these updates are security related and fix vulnerabilities recently discovered.
