When switching banks you want to make sure you've thought of everything. So we created this switch kit to make the process easier for you. And remember, you can always call our customer service representative at 210- 659-4000 OR any of our 6 locations to help you.

Here's how to switch:

Step 1: Switch Your Direct Deposits
Pay checks, Social Security checks, Retirement Income, are just a few of the possible automatic deposits you may have. Print, sign and mail the notification of Payroll or Direct Deposit Account Change letter(s) to institutions that make monthly deposits into your account. We've included a list of contacts on the next page that might be applicable to your needs.

Step 2: Switch Your Automatic Payments/Withdrawals
Print, sign and mail the Notification of Automated Debit Account Change letter OR set-up Online Bill Pay to pay service providers @

Step 3: Close Your Old Account
Sign and mail the Closure of Account letter(s) only when all automatic debits (ACH) and direct deposits have been switched and all outstanding checks have cleared.
